The New Food Pyramid

Do you remember as a child learning about the healthy food pyramid? It stated at the bottom with photos of all sorts of grains, next came fruits and vegetables, then proteins and meats and then at the very top was a small space for fats and oils. Is Sushi Healthy?

Sushi is probably one of my favorite foods ever and if I had an income that would allow it, I could easily eat sushi two to three times a week. I love the seemingly endless taste combinations and the variety of rolls each menu seems to have.
