Famous Fruit Smoothie Recipes

Learning how to make homemade fruit smoothies is a great way to get more fruit into your diet. Smoothies make an excellent healthy snack and are simple to prepare. The range of flavors you can create is limited only by the ingredients you have on hand.

Home DetoxIn order to make a smoothie, all you need is a blender which can be purchased for around $30. Just pour the ingredients and blend until you see a swirl.  If the smoothie is too thick, you can just add more juice, if the smoothie is too watery, you can add more fruits/ice.  Fruits should be frozen to give a thicker texture.  And put in 1/2 cup of ice for an icy texture.  Here are some recipes to get you started!
