I was wondering if you should adjust your workout routine based on your body type? Thanks to “genetics” I have been blessed or cursed depending on how you look at it, with a very solid body. Although I am overweight ( not obese) I am solid as a rock. Meaning I just don’t have a lot of flab anywhere. So based on this, should I be doing something different to try and lose weight? I have tried various exercise routines and calorie counting but nothing seems to move the scales much. Any ideas? Thanks…
