To give you a little insight into my world.I have always been into the health. My weight was never an issue. I am 5’6″ and always weighed in around 128-140 lbs. I was always active hiking, climbing, yoga, body building etc… always on the move. I am a mother of 4. I birthed my youngest at 40 years of age. Shortly after I started having health issues concerning Blood loss and Iron deficiencies. I went from doctor to doctor who just wrote my health concerns off by saying “all women of age” have these kinds of issues.I was always exhausted, suffered severe dizziness,and became extremely weak. There was no energy for anything let alone exercise.
I had been packing on the pounds for several years now and my health was deteriorating even more. I decided to step
away from the conventional Dr.(M.D.) and seek out a local (D.O.)Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. I told him my story
and explained that I wanted my life back. After a few tests I was informed that My Iron count was so low that immediate Iron shots were required. I was scheduled for surgery to stop the blood loss issue.During the surgery two tumors were found.Yes they were malignant. Two surgeries in three months took its toll. One year later here I am cancer free and ready to lose and ready to live.
I am really excited and impressed With the Creative Bio Science 30 Day Diet. After all I had been through I chose to do a little research and find something to give me a little help. I was impatient and wanted to see results.I have been using the”30 Day Diet” for almost 2 weeks now. So far I have lost a total of 8 Lbs. and 1.5 inches off my waistline. I am excited to see how the rest of the plan goes. At this current rate of loss my goal of losing a total of 30 lbs is definitely realistic. The really amazing part of this process is that I have not eaten smaller meals. I have however made healthier choices.I start my lunch and dinner meals with either a bowl of homemade soup or a salad. I have not at this point exercised daily. I have decided to start walking for 1 to 2 hours everyday because I know the more I move the faster the weight will come off. I have included a before and a current picture of me.
I have also included one of my favorite recipes.
I use this same method of cooking for a variety of foods. Whether it is Fish, Chicken, Pork or Beef. I just switch up the veggies and seasoning’s.
(Cajun,Asian, Italian, Greek, Mexican,etc…)
Baked Swai (Serves 4)
4 Swai fillet
1 Sliced Green Bell Pepper
1 Sliced Yellow Bell Pepper
8 Green Onions
2 Lemon’s sliced
Season of Choice (I used Cajun seasoning)
Splash of Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 375 degree’s. Place fish in a baking dish.
Layer all the Lemon and Veggies on top of each of the Fish fillets.
Add a splash of Oil to each fish and season the way you like. Cover
baking pan with foil and bake at 375 fo 15 to 20 minutes until fish
If cooking for 1 you can opt to make a foil packet by placing all
ingredients into a foil square and folding the edges to create a pocket.
