Non-alcoholic morning ‘mocktail’

This non-alcoholic morning ‘mocktail’ is by far one of my favorite diet tips. It is so easy and refreshing, it’s slightly ridiculous. I buy two bottles of mineral water [ one flavored and one regular ], a gallon of tangerine juice & a half gallon of grapefruit juice [ for juice there should be one ingredient: the fruit itself ] a week. Every morning, I take half a glass of sparkling water [ I switch up the flavored and regular each day ], & add one part tangerine juice & a splash of grapefruit juice with ice. I drink juice every morning, so this simple trick reduces my carb and sugar intake immensely. It tastes fab too!
