Weekly Weigh In 2: Down 3.9 lbs This Week

Following a week where I lost 10.3 lbs; it may seem that 3.9 lbs is a little lackluster. This is not the case at all! Losing weight is no easy feat. After a big loss week, I would expect to see a much smaller number. For someone who is (now only 166.8 lbs) this is a good number. The 10.3 lbs reflects the fact that I was starting a new program and my body was shocked. I do not expect to see that type of results again throughout my journey. I do expect to see more modest numbers and at least some loss each week. My body will start resisting weight loss more and more as I get closer to my goal. For my next week’s weight in I am hoping to see a loss of around 3 lbs. Here are my stats:
