I have always been weary about herbal products that claim to help you lose weight. However, the way you put it, it sounds more like an aid to living a healthy lifestyle. I have never thought of it that way before, even with the label that it’s natural or herbal, I always looked it as a weight-loss pill; something really harmful for the body.
