Health Benefits of African Mango

The African mango comes from the famous Irvingho tree; an Asian tree but grows in many parts of Africa. The fruit has the same texture, style and size of a mango, and this is why many people confuse it for a real mango fruit.

Organic Cold Press JuiceThe fruit is known for its ability to scale back cholesterol levels in the body thus helping the body to shed a lot of fat if taken consistently. Many nutritionists and doctors, especially those treating overweight and obese patients advise them to take the African mango supplements to attain normal body weight.

On the other hand, the nuts of the fruit can also be used for a wide variety of purposes. For one, the fruits can be ground into powder, and this can be mixed with food while cooking. This serves the purpose of thickening the soup and sauces of foods. It can also be added to beverages like tea and smoothies. Even when used this way, the nuts still have the same effect as far as reducing the amount of cholesterol in the body is concerned. Many laboratory trials have shown that the African mango can keep the good cholesterol in the body while getting rid of the non beneficial cholesterol.

In many occasions, the fruit is usually used in its dry form. When dry, the fruit can be used for baking, thickening soups, making smoothies and in several different types of cooking. However, when it is still in its contemporary form, it can be boiled or roasted for consumption. You can also extract African Mango juice and drink it as it is.Ā  Therefore, if you are keen about losing weight naturally, you should put the African mango on top of your list.
