Crash diets help you to lose a lot of weight fast, but the weight always comes back after the diet’s done. Instead of dieting, make gradual changes to your lifestyle, and add healthier foods to your daily diet. Eat fresh vegetables and fresh berries during the summer months to get more vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Reduce the numbers of alcoholic drinks, fizzy drinks and sodas you drink every week, and drink enough water and other non-alcoholic drinks such as herb and fruit teas, coconut water and unsweetened juices. Make sure you get enough time to rest and relax during the summer holidays.
