I Never Expected 30 Night Diet To Work This Well

Before I found 30Night Diet (5-HTP), it seemed that I was doing a lot of stress eating. It was never something that I did as a kid, but as an adult, I had developed a really bad habit. I had been gaining weight slowly over the years, and at my age, I was about forty pounds overweight. As soon as I started to take 30 Night, all of that changed.

Honestly, I don’t trust supplements, and I rarely taken any medications. However, something seemed different about the active ingredient 5-HTP in 30 Night Diet. I knew it was natural, and I loved the science behind how it worked.

5-HTP occurs naturally in the body. It is the link between tryptophan and serotonin. Like most people, I had only heard about tryptophan in relation to turkey. However, when I started to research it, I realized that tryptophan was present in most of our foods. Everything from eggs to fish to beans to milk had tryptophan in it. Our bodies use tryptophan to make serotonin. However, without the right levels of 5-HTP, our bodies cannot make serotonin.

When we have low levels of serotonin, we feel unhappy, and we tend to overeat. In fact, low levels of serotonin have been linked to everything from migraines to insomnia to seizures. when I first started taking 5-HTP, I made no other efforts to lose weight. I didn’t watch what I ate. I didn’t exercise more. I didn’t try to avoid fatty snack foods. However, in spite of all of that, I still lost weight.

There was even science to back that up. One of the first clinical trials on 5-HTP had been performed with a group of women at the University of Rome. Like me, these women took 5 HTP, but they didn’t try to lose weight. At the end of the five-week period, these woman had all lost an average of three pounds or more.

I looked at other clinical trials where women who were taking 5 HTP actually tried to lose weight. Those trials were amazing as well. At the end of a six week time period, those women had lost over ten pounds. In contrast, women on the same diet who were taking a placebo only lost about three pounds.

I felt comfortable taking 30 Night because I knew that it worked, and I knew that it was natural. However, I never expected such amazing results. I lost weight without trying, and when I actually started to watch what I was eating, I was losing an average of three pounds per week. A year later, the weight is still gone, and I feel great.

The truth is I struggled with my weight growing up and lived in a household where everything seemed to be fried. Once I got away from home I realized I had the choice to eat and exercise how I wanted. I've gained a lot of insight into working as a personal trainer, and feel I can relate to others that were in my situation. I think if I can do it then you can to, and if you want to start kicking butt then hop on board and lets get started.
