Good oral health means good dental hygiene: brushing your teeth twice a day and flossing daily. A nutritious diet is also essential for keeping the mouth healthy. Some indications that you are not getting enough nutrients include bad breath, mouth ulcers and tongue inflammation. Vitamins and minerals that are important for healthy teeth and gums include:
